calm tonic

Calm tonic has been designed especially for our patients by Debra Hearn using only the best handmade Herbal products. Hand picked from the finest quality medicinal and pollutant free herbs from around the world.

All herbs are either certified organic or wild crafted which means picked in their natural bush environment.

This formulation has been prepared using 18 different herbs.

This combination of herbs is particularly useful in treating patients that may display symptoms of nervous tension, insomnia, stomach cramps, anxiety, depression, headache or hypertension.

Blood purification and stimulation of the gallbladder and liver is another reason to enjoy this wonderfully soothing and nutritional tonic.

ViBurnum:Anti-spasmodic and reduces blood pressure.

Balm:Calmative.

Rock Rose:Heart and nerve tonic.

Hops:Eliviates nervous tension and insomnia.

Californian Poppy:Sedative action.

St Mary's Thistle:Liver Tonic.

Licorice:Used in the treatment of peptic ulcers and is also mildly stimulating.

St Johns Wort:Used in very small doses relieves anxious tension:

Vervain:Relieves depression and opens obstructions of the liver and the spleen.

Valerian:Sedative and calmative.

Passion Flower:Soothes Nerves.

Marshmallow:Soothes irritated tissues.

Couch:Tonic to support urinary system.

Rose:Relieves Headaches and is a blood purifier.

Red Clover:Stimulates Liver gallbladder and is a blood tonic.

Dandelion Leaf:used in treatment of Hypertension and Cardiac Odema and Dandelion root is a liver tonic.

Mulberry Meade:Easily assimilated energy in convalescence.

Dose:

Adults: 8ml 1 hourly or as required up to six times daily.

Or alternatively use 10 drops under the tongue as required in stressful times.

If used as a nerve tonic use 1 cap twice daily.

For stress relief we recommend daily exercise we highly recommend yoga.

A brisk walk in the cool of the day or a swim in the ocean.

Exercise will help you sleep and will release feel good endorphins into the blood stream.

Meditation is another way to relieve stress, we do Hemi-sync meditation sessions at the clinic which will teach you the techniques required to relax fully, we can couple these sessions with magnetic therapy which will be conducive to total relaxation and probable elimination of insomnia.
